Cancellation Policy No cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00 2 day(s) before the date of arrival. Where cancellation is made outside of the above terms, the guest will be charged the full amount for the first night's stay 3days before the date of arrival : 50% of the first night’s stay. 4days before the date of arrival : 30% of the first night’s stay. Refund regulation. Guest urgent affairs : we will refund the room’charge except the charge of amount for guest ’stay.
